If you are looking to apply for a PCO licence, TfL needs to be satisfied that all licenced London Taxi and Private Hire drivers are medically fit. As well as the additional check and medical checks. Vision checks are equally important and a full eye assessment needs to be carried out. The optometrist will examine your eye health by means of opthalmoscope that is hand held and a slit lamp. Refunds and Cancellations

How do cancellations/refunds work for bookings?

For a full refund of the service, the customer must cancel at least full 24 hours before the service’s booking time (shown in the confirmation email). The service fee will not be refunded unless the client cancels within the free cancellation period for their booking.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they reflect on the original payment method. In some countries, such as Brazil and India, it can take up to 2 months for the refund to arrive.
