First we bring the length down on your beard with either scissors, clippers or a combination of both, followed up by the outlines being shaped up with a cut throat razor finish off.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
How do cancellations/refunds work for bookings?
For a full refund of the service, the customer must cancel at least full 24 hours before the service's booking time (shown in the confirmation email). The service fee will not be refunded unless the client cancels within the free cancellation period for their booking.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they reflect on the original payment method. In some countries, such as Brazil and India, it can take up to 2 months for the refund to arrive.
